Review:
Rise of The Planet of The Apes is a reboot project. It just has two options here whether you like it or you hate it if it compares to the original. All I have to say is this is a really good reboot project. Everything seems so great, the story flows in a really good way without being excessive. The script is smartly incredible for the acts. I like the whole thing in this movie, I think it's one of the great movie of the year 2011. It's one powerful movie you should watch in the theater, I bet you'll like it.
The story is all about a guy named Will Rodman who is a doctor/professor who discovers a medicine to cure alzheimer disease. Before running a human test, he tested on chimpanzees and the effect was great. He decides to test it on human before a female chimpanzee goes crazy and harm the workers there. She is shut down by the guard and lately it is known that she acted like crazy because she tries to protect his new born son (chimpanzee). To protect the new born chimpanzee, Will take it home and raise him. He knows that the genetic is also in him like his mother was. The only purpose of Will created this medicine is to cure his father from alzheimer disease. Is everything going OK? Does that medicine cure his father? What about the chimpanzee named Caesar then? I can't tell you much here, it's something interesting you should watch.
The plot moves slowly but sure. The timing is good. It's not too fast and it's not too slow. Some scenes moves so fast because it should be like that. The script for the acts is also perfect, it's not lame or boring. At the first part, it should be the boring part if it can't developed really good. The middle part increases its intense and you shouldn't feel boring about that. The last part which I wil say the last 20 minutes is the greatest part of this movie. Every great thing come into a great scenes. I bet you will feel amazed of that last scenes. It's beautiful yet scary but perfect.
The acts like we know James Franco who was well known in Spiderman, 127 Hours, ect is a really great actor. I like his movies and he also did great on this movie. He raises his character to the max and I enjoy it. Since it's not a really love drama thing so, the main actress is not too much showing in scenes, but Freida Pinto as Caroline Aranha is not bad. I want to give credit to Tom Felton who we should have known him from Harry Potter Saga, really plays good here as a jerk. All the acts is in a good proportion of story here.
The effects since it is made by the same person who created the beautiful world of Avatar, it's perfect. All the chimpanzee is CGI effects and maybe some of you will not like it because they didn't use a real chimpanzees but I really appreciate all their work to make it real. I bet if they used the real one, they can't make it this great. The effects is perfect, everything looked so real. The last twenty minutes showed everything about it and you should enjoy it. You will feel the greatest of the effects in this movie.
Overall, like I said, it's a great movie from its story to the acts to the effects and everything. I just can't for its next installment since it was set to be a trilogy movies. It's recommended to everyone, really. :D

Good points:
-   All the scenes is in a good timing and proportion
-   Every acts is great in raising their character
-   The effects to rise the chimpanzees is so real, you will feel it

Bad points:
-   I don't know that there is really a bad point on this movie but if I have to mention one is I don't really like the ending. ;)

Rating: 8.5/10.0
